Marketing Analytics Services
Marketing analytics services show what your marketing produces, from first visit to repeat revenue. We set up web analytics and event tracking, call tracking and dashboards, then analyse attribution, funnels and retention. You get reports that explain which channels bring leads and customers, and what the data cannot tell you.

What is marketing analytics?
Who this is for
Businesses that spend on marketing and cannot tell which channel brings customers.
Teams whose reports disagree, or whose tracking has never been checked.
Owners who want to see repeat revenue and retention, not only new leads.
Not a fit if you expect perfect attribution. No method gives that, and we explain the limits.
What we do
What attribution can and cannot show
Attribution estimates which channels helped win a lead or sale. It can show patterns and relative contribution. It cannot see everything: privacy settings, calls from shared devices, offline word of mouth and long buying cycles all leave gaps.
We state the method we use, show the limits next to each result and treat the output as guidance for decisions, not as proof.

The business outcome
Decision-making based on attributable revenue, conversion data and customer retention, with an honest view of what the data cannot tell you.

How it works
How marketing analytics works.
Five phases, from the questions to the advice.
- Step 1
Define the questions
We agree which decisions the data must support and what counts as a lead, a sale and a repeat customer.
- Step 2
Plan tracking
We write a tracking plan covering events, calls and sources, and document each definition.
- Step 3
Set up and test
We configure web analytics, event and call tracking, connect your CRM and test the data.
- Step 4
Build reporting
We build dashboards and reports your team can read without a glossary.
- Step 5
Analyse and advise
We review attribution, funnels and retention with you, and recommend where to act.
How marketing analytics works
How we measure
Leads, calls and sales by source, with the method stated.
Funnel conversion from first visit to enquiry and to customer.
Answered and missed calls, and what followed each.
Repeat purchase or renewal, and customers who have gone quiet.
Data checks: events firing as planned and numbers that reconcile across tools.
What do marketing analytics services include?
They include tracking setup, dashboards, attribution analysis, funnel analytics, call tracking, customer segmentation, retention analysis and revenue reporting. We choose what fits your questions and data. Many clients start by fixing tracking, then build a dashboard, then add deeper analysis once the numbers can be trusted.
What is web analytics and event tracking?
Web analytics records visits, and event tracking records specific actions such as a form submission, a click to call or a booking. Together they show how people move through your site. We plan the events around your business goals, set them up, test them and document what each one means.
What can attribution show, and what can it not?
Attribution estimates which channels and touchpoints contributed to a lead or sale. It cannot give a perfect answer, because privacy settings, offline calls, shared devices and long buying cycles leave gaps. We explain the method used, show the limits, and treat results as guidance for decisions.
Can you track phone calls from marketing?
Yes. Call tracking can link calls to the source that produced them, such as an ad or a page, and record whether a call was answered or missed. Where your CRM logs jobs or sales, calls can be matched to outcomes. The setup depends on your phone system.
How do you build marketing dashboards?
We start from the decisions you need to make, then pull the data from your ad accounts, analytics, CRM and call records into one view. Each measure has a plain definition. The dashboard is meant to be read in minutes, and we explain anything surprising in a short note.
Do you analyse customer retention and churn?
Yes. We segment customers, look at repeat purchase or renewal patterns and find where people drop away. That can feed lifecycle campaigns and reactivation work. How much we can see depends on whether your customer and revenue records are connected and kept clean.
Do you help with forecasting and revenue reporting?
We can build revenue reports from your CRM or billing records and, where there is enough data, simple forecasts of leads and revenue. Forecasts are estimates with stated assumptions. Advanced causal measurement needs a lot of data and is discussed case by case.
Who owns the dashboards and data?
Your accounts and data stay yours, and we need access to work in them. We document the tracking plan, definitions and dashboards so your team can use them. Ownership of the code, prompts, configuration and documentation is confirmed in the project agreement.
Marketing analytics questions
Decide with evidence, not a pitch.
Open a neutral research prompt in the AI you already use. It asks where NextCTL fits, where a freelancer or an in house hire may be enough, and what to verify before you choose.
