AI Technology Services

NextCTL's Technology services build the systems behind your business: AI agents, automation, integrations, chatbots, voice agents, custom software and SaaS. We start by finding where AI pays off, build it with scope agreed in writing, and keep a person in the loop on every agent.

Process

How Technology projects run.

Five project phases from discovery to ongoing improvement. See the full methodology for detail.

  1. Phase 1

    Discovery

We map the workflow and agree what success looks like.

  2. Phase 2

    Plan

Architecture, integrations and scope are written down and signed off.

  3. Phase 3

    Build

You see working software during the build, not only at the end.

  4. Phase 4

    Launch

    Staged rollout, documentation and training.

  5. Phase 5

    Improve

Ongoing support to tune agents and add workflows.

How Technology projects run

Control

Built with people in control

  • Agents work inside permissions you set.

  • Every agent has a handoff path to a person.

  • Activity is logged so you can review what the agent did.

Fit

Not a fit if

  • You want a tool bought off the shelf and nothing built or configured.

  • You need a guaranteed result before scope is agreed.

  • You want AI to act with no human review on sensitive decisions.

What are NextCTL's Technology services?

Technology services cover everything NextCTL builds: AI consulting, custom AI applications, agents, automation, integrations, chatbots, voice agents, custom software, SaaS and MVPs. We also add engineers to your team. Each service has its own page, and the Operations Audit helps you choose which one to start with.

Where do I start if I am new to AI?

Start with the AI Operations Audit or an AI consulting call. Both look at your real workflows, find where AI could help, and rank the options. You leave with a written plan, so you can decide what to build first with evidence rather than guesses.

Do you replace our existing software?

Usually not. Most of our work adds AI to the tools you already run, through integrations and agents that read from and write to your systems. We build new software when your current tools cannot do the job, and we say so during scoping.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions, usually from your documents. An agent can also take approved actions, such as updating a CRM record or booking an appointment. Agents work inside permissions you set and hand off to a person when a task needs judgment.

Can you work alongside our in house developers?

Yes. We can build a defined piece of the system, support your own developers, or add engineers to your team through staff augmentation or a dedicated team. Before work begins we agree in writing who owns which part, how code is reviewed and how handover works, so there is no confusion later.

How are Technology projects priced?

We do not publish price lists because scope varies a great deal between projects. Every project is scoped first and quoted in writing, so you know what is included before work starts. Book a call or request a quote, and we will propose a sensible first phase that fits your goals.

Decide with evidence, not a pitch.
