All NextCTL contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work, are governed by US jurisdiction (specifically Delaware law). You contract with a registered US entity, completely eliminating the legal complexities of offshore agreements.
How do you handle Intellectual Property assignment?
Standard US IP assignment clauses are built into every agreement. 100% of the intellectual property, source code, and assets developed during the engagement are transferred directly to you upon payment. We retain zero rights to your proprietary systems.
What are your core overlapping hours for US clients?
Our standard overlap window is 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST. During this time, both your US account management and the global engineering leadership in Dhaka are online simultaneously for high-bandwidth syncs, planning, and unblocking.
How does billing and invoicing work for US companies?
We operate like any standard US vendor. You receive W-9 forms during onboarding, and invoices are issued in USD via standard ACH, Wire, or corporate card systems. There are no international transaction fees or currency conversions required on your end.
