Services and project work
The website describes our services. Descriptions are information, not an offer. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or quote that sets out scope, deliverables and fees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that harms performance, or submitting unlawful, false or harmful content through our forms.
Intellectual property
The website content, design, logos and text belong to NextCTL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Third party links and tools
The website may link to third party sites and include free tools. We do not control third party sites and are not responsible for their content. Tool results are estimates for information only.
No warranty
The website and its content are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and nothing on it guarantees specific business results, rankings or revenue.

To the fullest extent the law allows, NextCTL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
