Why he built NextCTL
For more than a decade, our Founder & CEO worked closely alongside other people's operations. CRM platforms in California. Hosting infrastructure in the UK. DevOps for teams where an outage was somebody's business, not a ticket.
The pattern rarely changed. The software was fine. The work around the software was the problem. Someone still had to answer the phone, chase the lead, copy the data across, and remember the follow-up on day three.
He founded NextCTL in 2022 with a clear vision to answer that problem. Not another tool - an operating layer. AI agents, custom software and growth infrastructure, built by one team that stays accountable for the outcome.
Service businesses do not need more disconnected tools. They need systems that answer the phone, move the pipeline, and free people to do high-judgment work.
